My name is Newsha and Not Quite There Yet is my online personal development journal.
Through giggles, gratitude and some serious growth pains – my mission is to work on myself out loud and inspire others to do the same. Sort of like a diary with no lock.
Before you start reading my deepest darkest secrets, there’s a few things you should know.
I’m 27 years old and I live in Toronto with a roommate who does most of the cooking. I’m a business consultant by day, and a self-help connoisseur by night. Most of my free time is spent reading, writing and watching reality TV. I also subscribe to one too many podcasts and strongly believe that staycations should be mandated by law.
Other fun facts:
Addicted to coffee.
Addicted to cucumbers.
Addicted to continuous improvement.
Wannabe life coach.
I should warn you… when it comes to pursuing goals and finding a purpose, I don’t see the difference between personal and professional. Everything we do is personal in one way or another. So by calling this a personal development blog, what I’m really saying is that everything is fair game; my home life, my work life and even my non-existent love life.
I hope you’ll come along for the ride.
